Research-based programming is delivered by trained professionals who focus on the development of the whole girl, supporting, mentoring, and guiding girls in an affirming, pro-girl environment. Here, girls learn to value their whole selves, discover and develop their inherent strengths, and receive the support they need to navigate the challenges they face.

Music is a gift that helps many children in marginalized communities find purpose and meaning  in their talent. The St. James  Music Academy gives them a place to do this.  I happily donate each year to do what I can to make sure this opportunity never goes away. 

2013-2018

As a JA Professional, I stepped into local elementary school classrooms to teach junior grade students for a full day about financial literacy through fun and interactive activities, like creating a budget while gaining economic knowledge and money management insights.

As the Items Donation Lead, I was responsible for procuring, receiving, and managing inventory of all the items donated.  I was also responsible for the transportation of items to the auction venue, auction set up and presentation and bidding management towards a successful event.

For 15+ years, I supported these organizations as a  Campaign Lead, Captain or Fundraising Champion engaging employees and external donors alike to not only donate, but to participate in the activities that make these events successful. As a lead, I know how important it is to brand for success, but also how to influence others to get involved.

Coaching a girls junior soccer league, was a rewarding way to provide young girls with  the foundations of self esteem, team play and leadership while experiencing the rewards  that come with being a part of a young girl's joy when she empowers herself and her team mates.  #payitforward
